Filip Schelfhout: Executive Chairman

Filip Schelfhout is Executive Chairman and the company’s main shareholder. Filip’s focus is on IIG’s strategic planning and growth, and he assists the CEO in day-to-day operations. Filip is responsible for the company’s IPO preparations.

Ronald Everaert: CEO

Ronald Everaert is Chief Executive Officer. Ronald holds overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of IIG.

Marc Cauwenberghs: CFO

Marc Cauwenberghs manages all financial and administrative matters of the IIG network and ensures that every project is financially competitive with adequate guarantees for all parties.

Bart De Sitter: CTO

As IIG’s Chief Technology Officer, Bart De Sitter is the company’s business strategist, who continues to guide IIG’s expansion down the right road. Bart is responsible for the development of technology aimed at adding value for IIG’s customers.

Kris Ulens: COO

Kris Ulens is the Chief Operating Officer at IIG. He stands at the helm of a complex but well-oiled machine and makes sure that everything is in place and runs to schedule.

Jan Van der Snickt: Legal Counsel

Jan is a lawyer and a member of the Belgian as well as the Slovak bar association. A partner in the Cottyn-Lecoutre law firm, he manages a team of lawyers all over Europe, who take care of all legal work for the entire IIG corporate group and the projects they perform.

Dirk Van Haeverbeek: Vice President Sales

Dirk Van Haeverbeek is the head of IIG’s European business development team. He is responsible for the coordination of IIG’s Business Development in Europe.
