IIG’s tailor-made facility enables CWS-Boco to offer high quality services related to work clothing, textiles and dirt-retaining mats. The unit is internally divided to allow smooth operation of different elements of the company’s process. The customised nature of the building’s utilities optimises CWS-Boco’s operational costs by providing an effective cooling system for those areas where the heat output of the process is high.
The facility’s strategic location offers excellent accessibility by road for suppliers and customers as well as good public transport connections for employees. IIG realised an extension of 1,700 sq. m to the facility in 2008, and land remains available for further expansion.
