The company asked for a flexible solution in a strategic location to meet its rapid growth. IIG is currently constructing a 35,000 sq. m tailor-made, fully customized facility dedicated to the storage of electronics and appliances. The facility is advantageously located near Kiev, Ukraine, and has excellent transportation possibilities. Moreover the total land plot of 87,000 sq. m offers the possibility of considerable future expansion, up to a total facility size of 51,000 sq. m.
