The facility is well located and entirely tailor-made to correspond to Gefco's specific activities and allow for its effective operation. The building contains a sophisticated washing installation for the 'GefBox’ containers used in the automotive industry. The design of the unit allows for easy transformation for other activities. The building is designed for highly combustible materials, with all necessary fire protections. To improve facility’s functionality it contains two different clear heights of 5m and 8m.

IIG has a long-term relationship with Gefco, and has developed a further two facilities for the company in Slovakia and in France, totalling over 24,000 sq. m.
