Nokian Tyres, a specialist manufacturer of tyres for harsh, Nordic-type conditions, needed to upgrade its presence in Ukraine with a facility that would accommodate its anticipated growth. With its knowledge of the Ukrainian industrial real estate market, IIG was well positioned to offer a land plot in its industrial park, strategically located just off the Moscow highway and close to the second Kiev ring road, with availability and easy access for the local work force.
The facility is tailor-made to Nokian Tyres’ needs and features an advanced fire protection system, a large mezzanine level to accommodate offices and 12 loading docks.
