Panalpina needed a strategically located logistics unit adapted for different types of transport deliveries. The solution, which was developed by IIG’s engineers in close cooperation with the client, seamlessly integrates different logistics activities,
including storage, forwarding and distribution for a large fashion retailer, into one building.
IIG realised atypical loading docks for the reception of airfreight and adapted part of the warehouse for the treatment of these goods. The three-story office building adjoining the warehouse serves as Panalpina’s Italian headquarters.
